Trolls think I am a transgender male -- Ifu Ennada

Nollywood actress and one time participant of the popular reality TV show Big Brother Naija, Iheme Faith Uloma, more commonly known as Ifu Ennada, has opened up on her encounter with online trolls and facing online bullying.

In a candid disclosure, Ifu Ennada expressed that her direct message inbox on social media platforms ought to have its very own YouTube channel due to the shocking nature of messages she frequently receives from online trolls.

The actress, who has captured the hearts of many through her performances, disclosed that within her DMs, she has been labeled with derogatory terms such as “transgender,” “homosexualist,” and accused of being a “man that looks like a woman.”

She unapologetically reaffirmed her identity as a woman however.

Ennada made the revelation om her appearance on MTV Base Africa’s popular program, MTV Base Sparks, where she shared the spotlight with socialite Pretty Mike.

Ifu Ennada was quoted saying,

“I feel like my DM should have a YouTube channel or a TV show. Because I have gotten the weirdest DMs. Let’s even start from the trolls. I have had people call me transgender.

“Some even said I’m a man that looks like a woman, I’m homosexual. They’ve called me all that. I’m all woman as you can see.”

The actress didn’t stop there; she bravely highlighted another disturbing aspect of her online interactions.

She revealed that in addition to hurtful comments, she’s encountered instances where men have sent explicit and unsolicited images of their private anatomy through her DMs.
