President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has made significant appointments that further solidifies his ties with the renowned Abiola family.

Rinsola Abiola, daughter of the late South-West politician Moshood ‘MKO’ Abiola, has been named Senior Special Assistant on Citizenship and Leadership.

This follows closely on the heels of another appointment within the Abiola clan, as Jamiu Abiola was appointed Special Assistant on Special Duties just two months ago.

Rinsola Abiola’s role is expected to involve collaboration with the leadership of the Ministry of Youth, where she will focus on advancing civic education, promoting political literacy, and ensuring the inclusion of marginalized groups in the political landscape.

Additionally, Titilope Gbadamosi has been appointed as Special Assistant on the Delivery and Monitoring of Youth Initiatives.

In this capacity, Gbadamosi will be responsible for crafting effective operational strategies to ensure that the outcomes of youth initiatives align with the commitments made by President Tinubu’s administration to the Nigerian youth.

The presidency confirmed these appointments in statements released on Friday, signaling a proactive approach to youth engagement and leadership development within Tinubu’s government.
