If you had attended Best Homes workshop and worship 2017…sigh

Earlier this year, there was a rumour casually strolling around that Ghanaian actor, Chris Attoh was separated from his wife, Nollywood actress, Damilola Adegbite.

Chris debunked the rumours in an interview with Hitz FM saying, “I don’t hear them (rumours), I don’t read them. I’m too focused, I can’t be too bothered with all these… what is important is in front of me.”

Now it would seem that he was either lying or he just couldn’t smell the smoke before the fire because the Ghanaian actor has confirmed that his two-year old marriage to Damilola Adegbite has ended.

When asked how he and his now ex-wife balanced their marriage, son and work, he said, “I believe throughout our marriage, it has probably been one of the most challenging things we have ever done, and however, the key word is balance.”

At times when we both had to work, our parents would be there to hold the fort. God bless family because they were and still are very supportive.”

However, since the divorce, we are obviously now reworking things to create a new balance between work, spending time with and raising our son.

Dami is a wonderful woman and an amazing mother. Despite our differences, she and I will always be friends. So more than anything, we will find ways to continue to make sure that Brian can still have a balanced upbringing filled with love and support.

Both our families have been and are still very supportive in helping us take care of our son Brian when we can’t be there due to work.”

It is good that they are putting their son first and will continue to remain friends; but I know what some Amebo Nigerians want to know is, ‘What is the cause of the divorce?’

Chris Attoh is on instagram, DM him and ask politely. I’m sure he would tell you.
