Wizkid win big over Davido at The Future Awards Africa 2017
Last night, two of Africa’s biggest song stars, Davido and Wizkid, emerged winners at The Future Awards Africa 2017.
With both artistes consistently competing for major global awards with their record-shattering albums and sold-out shows within the year, Davido was announced as the ‘Musician of the Year’, while Wizkid scooped the biggest award of all on the roll by emerging ‘The Young Person of the Year’.
The Future Awards Africa acknowledges inspiring young Nigerians making a difference through creativity social enterprise and social good.
The event took place at the Federal Palace Hotel, Victoria Island, Lagos.
