Numerous commenters drew comparisons between the infant and Stewie from the animated series “Family Guy,” a character known for his distinctive large head.

In response to the derogatory comments, Paris Hilton took to social media to defend her son and address the trolls.

She asserted,

“There are some sick people in the world. My Angel is perfectly healthy. And yes, of course, he has been to a doctor; he just has a large brain.”
