Manchester United fans send word to potential new Owners

American billionaire, Elon Musk started all kinds of narratives on the internet when he cracked the joke that he was buying premier league club, Manchester United.

That joke of course sent to United fans into an utopia over what the club might be if it were ever to change ownership. Would it catapult the club to its glory days?

Following the reports from Sir Jim Ratcliffe, a British billionaire and a Red Devils’ supporter had genuine interest in buying the club, the Manchester United’s Supporters Trust have gave out conditions to potential buyers of the club.

The news that the Billionaire wanted to purchase a stake in the club with an eye towards eventually taking full ownership of the club came through talkSport’s reports, with the billionaire’s spokesperson, revealing Ratcliffe’s interests.

Sir Jim Ratcliffe who is the chairman and CEO of the Ineoss chemicals group is said to be ready to welcome the chance to talk to the Glazers over owning a stake in the company.

For United Supporters group, they agree it is not just about getting rid of the Glazers but finding the right owners who would engineer the right changes.

They stated:

“Whilst supporters have called for change, of course, this has to be the right change.

“Any prospective new owner or investor has to be committed to the culture, ethos and best traditions of the club.”
