Premier League Predictions for the Weekend

The Premier League weekend returns for its penultimate games of the 2023/24 season, and so does our regular predictions of the games.

We look into how the match week 37 games could affect the top 4 or top 2 and relegation battles and we are one step from closing the current campaign.

Kick-starting the fixtures on Saturday 11th May at lunch time kick off are Fulham 12:30 Manchester City, in what stands for Pep Guardiola’s team as match week 36.

We predict a tough tie between the Cottagers and the Cityzens in what we foresee as a 1-1 draw at full time.

Following that will be a concurrent run of 3 PM kick offs that has Bournemouth 15:00 Brentford facing off at the Vitality Stadium. We predict this premier league tie to end in a 2-0 win for the Cherries.

Before the Toffees face off the Gunners in the final match day of the season, they stand to add further misery on Sheffield United as Everton sit as hosts at Goodison Park in a 15:00 kick off. However, we predict a 1-2 win against Sean Dyche’s team for the already relegated Sheffield United.

Newcastle United 15:00 Brighton and Hove Albion also takes place in what stands to be an epic attacking display from both sides. We predict a shock 3-3 outing in this premier league tie.

Tottenham Hotspur 15:00 Burnley gives Spurs the opportunity to return to winning ways after going on a 4-game losing run, with their last defeat coming in a 4-2 loss to struggling Liverpool.

We predict a 3-1 win for Ange Postecoglou’s team.

Premier League Predictions for the Weekend

West Ham United 15:00 Luton Town still has a lot to fight for if the Hatters current predicament is to be considered. However, we see victory going the way of the Hammers in a 2-0 win for the outgoing David Moyes.

Wolverhampton Wanderers 15:00 Crystal Palace stands to be an interesting match up especially after Crystal Palace sent Manchester United to the theatre of nightmares with a 4-0 defeat at the Selhurst Park on Monday night. We predict a 2-1 win in favor of Wolves this time around.

Nottingham Forest 17:30 Chelsea surely is one of those games that is hard to predict especially bearing in mind the inconsistency of Chelsea. And with Nottingham Forest trying to evade the Championship, there is added incentive to put up a display to thwart the Blues.

Hard to predict but we may want to give this premier league tie to Chelsea as they stand to possibly end the season in the 5th spot despite having a poor campaign.

Sunday 12th May will give us a premier league classic between Manchester United 16:30 Arsenal in a game that could potentially have ramifications for how the premier league title could go at the end of the season.

The Red Devils just like they ruined Liverpool‘s hopes at Old Trafford, could do the same to Arsenal again and ruin their chase for a first league title since 2004 and hand their neighbors City, the advantage. We predict a 2-1 win for Manchester United.

Monday 13th May ends match week 37, with Aston Villa 20:00 Liverpool taking us through the penultimate end of Jurgen Klopp’s time with Liverpool.

The Reds will still flatter to deceive themselves of being in a title race, but despite it not being mathematically clear at this moment, everyone knows the truth. We predict a 1-3 win for Jurgen Klopp’s Liverpool as the chants of farewell begins this weekend for the German.
