Actor Brian Cox claims Meghan Markle always aimed to marry into the royal family

Actor Brian Cox has criticized Meghan Markle, stating that she had ambitions of marrying into the royal family.

Cox, who is an abolitionist of the monarchy, accused Markle of being aware of the established system that she became a part of and shouldn’t be surprised by the drama she’s caused.

“You can’t go into a system where somebody’s already been trained to behave in a certain kind of way and then just expect them to cut themselves off,” he said.

Cox claimed that Meghan had an ambition to find her real-life fairytale, which may have started early in her life.

He said, “The childhood dreams of marrying Prince Charming and all that s–t we see as fantasy that could be our lives in our dreams.”

The Emmy winner stated that the drama between the Sussexes and the royal family is another reason why the monarchy should be abolished, as it’s not viable and doesn’t make sense. “F–k it, move on,” he added.
