Arsenal to present second bid for Declan Rice in coming hours

North London club, Arsenal heading into the pre-season games are steadfast in their pursuit of West Ham United midfielder, Declan Rice.

The Gunners according to sports journalist, Fabrizio Romano are set to submit another bid in the coming hours with the aim of wrapping up the deal as soon as possible.

Fabrizio Romano writing on his Twitter page, reports that the second bid for the West Ham star was not sent earlier due to the fact Arsenal remained calm as the England international vies for the move to the Emirates.

However, recent reports have began to link the star with other clubs, particularly with German club, Bayern Munich and according to rumors, Manchester City who were reported to be eyeing a move for Declan Rice.

The second proposal is reported to be around £90m, which the Italian journalist reports is in no way linked to Arsenal’s interest in Southampton player, Romeo Lavia.

“Arsenal second bid for Declan Rice will be submitted in the next hours — it was never sent last week as Arsenal remain calm, feeling that the players wants the move.  #AFC Second proposal will be around £90m. Not linked to Roméo Lavia deal — no bid yet in that case.” Romano tweeted.
