Alexis Mac Allister is a better signing than Declan Rice to Arsenal, popular YouTube Mark Goldbridge insists.

YouTuber turned pundit, Mark Goldbridge may hate Liverpool because of his Manchester United affiliations, but he recognizes talents when he sees one and he is never one to shy away from speaking his ‘truth’.

Goldbridge expressed his belief that Mac Allister, whom he considers underrated, has been a standout performer due to his industriousness and relentless work rate on the pitch.

Both Alexis and Rice made their moves to Liverpool and Arsenal, respectively, last summer from Brighton and West Ham United. Throughout the season, they have played pivotal roles in their teams’ title challenges.

Speaking on his show, Goldbridge Saves Football, Goldbridge emphasized his admiration for Mac Allister’s contribution to Liverpool’s success, highlighting his impact despite being signed for a relatively lower fee compared to Rice.

“Declan Rice for 100 million? And Alexis Mac Allister was about 40 million. My signing of the season is Alexis Mac Allister,” Goldbridge remarked.

He continued,

“I have been saying it all season about Mac Allister that he is so underrated and for that price and to come into that team that is winning trophies and in a title race. He’s just so industrious and never stops running, and I just think he’s a massive influence on that Liverpool team.”
