Woman abandons maid’s body in bush after beating her to death

A Nigerian lady has been apprehended by the authorities for allegedly beating her maid to death and stashing her corpse in a bush.

A video making rounds on social media captured an Igbo lady who was arrested by The National Agency for the Prohibition of Trafficking in Persons, NAPTIP.

In the video, the woman is seen locating the body, where she dumped it in the bush.

TopNaija understands that the incident happened in Anambra State, and according to the statement released by the killer, she beat her maid until she started to convulse, which led to her death.

On her confession, speaking in her native dialect, Igbo, she said:

“I beat her and she started convulsing so I took her to Kings (hospital). Getting there, she died, so I threw her body here.”
