The anticipation for Nigeria’s matchup against the Portugal team, which is led by Cristiano Ronaldo, is growing. A high-profile friendly match between the Super Eagles and the Selecao will serve as practice for Portugal’s World Cup campaign in Qatar in 2022.

On Monday, the Nigerian team’s camp in Lisbon began with nearly all of the players there. Prior to the crucial match, the players had their first practice on Monday night.

Super Eagles players were put through their paces in a video that was posted on the team’s social media platforms, all while being closely observed by Ike Shorunmu and Jose Peseiro’s assistant.
