Missing 11-year-old Girl Found In Uncompleted Building In Port Harcourt, Suspect Arrested

Naomi Sotonye Elijah, an 11-year-old child reported missing in Port Harcourt, Rivers State’s capital, has been located.

TopNaija recalls that the JSS2 student went missing on Saturday, November 25, 2023, at Okilo Road, Abuloma area of Port Harcourt.

According to reports, a Good Samaritan discovered the child in an unfinished building on Sunday night and carried her to the police station for identification.

Barr. Adata Bio-Briggs, chairman of the International Federation of Women Lawyers (FIDA) Rivers State branch, verified the situation and claimed a suspect had also been apprehended in connection with the purported kidnapping.

She added that Naomi has been reunited with her relieved family.
