Manchester United boss, Erik ten Hag will not go down without a fight despite fans calling out for his sack.

Amidst developing rumors relating to his future at Old Trafford, the former Ajax manager has refused to be sacked by media narratives. The current narratives insists that new co-owners of Manchester United have identified a list of candidates to take over the job in the event of his sack, with former Real Madrid boss, Zinedine Zidane among the names.

However, Erik ten Hag, has addressed speculation surrounding his future, affirming his commitment to the club amidst ongoing talks with Sir Jim Ratcliffe, the owner of INEOS, Manchester United’s principal sponsor.

“I’m under contract here at Man United for three seasons. So I don’t care about rumours,”

“I’m in this process and only focusing on the process. I have a strong belief and I feel after multiple talks that INEOS believe me.”

Ten Hag emphasized that discussions with Sir Jim Ratcliffe have been focused on future plans, indicating a collaborative vision for Manchester United’s trajectory.

During a press conference, Ten Hag dismissed rumors and social media speculation attempting to unsettle him, emphasizing that he remains under contract with Manchester United for three seasons and is solely focused on the ongoing process at the club.

“I know what I’m doing. I’ve had many talks with Sir Jim Ratcliffe and consistently we are having talks about the future”.

“All these talks are about the future together”.

Regarding Antony, a player reportedly of interest to Manchester United, Ten Hag expressed confidence in the player’s abilities and vowed to support him. Highlighting Antony’s impressive performance during his time at Ajax, Ten Hag praised the player’s impact in both domestic and UEFA Champions League competitions.

With 24 goals and 22 assists in 88 games for Ajax, Antony’s prowess on the field has caught Ten Hag’s eye, leading the manager to express unwavering support for the player’s potential at Manchester United.
