Manchester City defender, Ruben Dias adds more fuel to the fire ignited by Trent Alexander-Arnold.

Liverpool’s Trent Alexander-Arnold drew first blood when he criticized the Manchester club for winning more titles than Liverpool but it meaning less owing to what City did to get there.

In quick fire response, Manchester City players, Erling Haaland and Ruben Dias have reacted to Arnold’s dig on the premier league champions.

In an interview with BBC Radio Manchester, Ruben Dias addressed the debate, asserting City’s achievements and the emotional significance of their recent triumphs.

“We’ve won a lot in this club, especially last year with the Treble. I think it’s pretty certain between us, between our fans, how much it meant to all of us.”

He emphasized that experiencing success firsthand, such as winning a treble, provides a unique understanding of its significance.
