Lady who got sacked after attending Peter Obi’s rally gets scholarship to continue studies

A young female Obidient who lamented over her lost source of livelihood has been granted a full scholarship to continue her studies.

TopNaija had earlier reported on Thursday, how a lady, identified as Regina Ledum got sacked by her boss due to her support for the presidential candidate of Labour Party, Peter Obi.

Regina Ledum, who happens to be working as a receptionist in a hostel, cried out for help after she got fired by her boss because she participated in a solidarity rally for Peter Obi in Port Harcourt. Read MORE.

Just a day after she revealed that she was stranded and unable to continue her studies due to the lay-off, she has been offered a full scholarship and automatic employment.

Thanks to Senior Pastor of Omega Power Ministries, Apostle Chibuzor Chinyere, on hearing her story, the clergyman offered to sponsor her education.

In a post via his official Twitter account, the cleric wrote; ”Apostle Chibuzor OPM Grants Scholarship, Automatic Employment to Girl Sacked for Joining Peter Obi Rally by Her Boss”.
