In a recent social media post, the popular Nigerian actress and philanthropist expressed her disappointment with Peter Obi over the quality of boreholes he donated to some communities in Northern Nigeria.
During the Ramadan fast, Peter Obi embarked on a visit to various Northern communities, where he broke fast with residents and provided them with basic amenities they lacked.
Among these amenities, boreholes were drilled in some communities where access to clean water was a pressing need.
However, the quality of these boreholes has sparked a debate among Nigerians, with some arguing that they were poorly executed and not up to the standards expected from someone of Obi’s stature and political aspirations.
Taking to her Instagram page, Tonto Dikeh addressed Peter Obi directly, expressing her disappointment and questioning his commitment to the country’s development.
She stressed the importance of holding politicians accountable for their actions and urged Nigerians to actively contribute to the nation’s progress.
