AFCON: Super Eagles played poorly throughout the tournament – Blaqbonez

Popular Nigerian music star, Emeka Akumefule, best known as Blaqbonez has given his two cent on the Super Eagle’s defeat at the 2024 Africa Cup of Nations.

Topnaija reports that Nigeria lost 2-1 to Cote D’Ivoire at the finals of AFCON and reactions have flowed in, in reaction to the match and player’s performance.

The singer, Blaqbonez went to his social media page, stating that he was not surprised that Nigeria was defeated because the team’s performance throughout AFCON had been unimpressive.

According to him, any true football fan and enthusiast would admit that the wins by Jose Peseiro’s side were ‘flukes’ that didn’t move him.

The rapper wrote; “Now that we’ve lost lets say the truth, we have been shit this whole tournament, anybody that knows football knows, all those fluke ass wins never moved me.”
