You can’t remain in an abusive marriage and live long – Actress Seun Osigbesan spills
The Johnsons star actress, Seun Osigbesan has dropped her two cents on the trending topic of Domestic violence in marriage.
Sharing a video of a woman being abused by another man supposed to be the husband, the actress stated that one cannot remain in an abusive marriage and expect to have a long life expectancy.
Noting her opinion as caption, she quoted that marriage is a blessing but an abusive one is absolutely a curse.
This is coming amidst the ongoing debate of what late Gospel singer, Osinachi Nwachukwu should have done when she was facing the hardship in her marriage, instead of keeping absolute silent.
According to Seun Osigbesan, God will not come down from heaven to help as all the help one needs is in the Scripture.
She wrote;
You can’t remain in an ABUSIVE MARRIAGE such as this and expect to live long. NEVER!
It is not magic!
GOD SAID “I have set before you LIFE and DEATH, blessing and cursing, therefore, CHOOSE LIFE, that you and your descendants may live.” ~ Deut 30:19
God will NOT come down and help anyone (no matter how much you pray)
All the help we need is in the word of God.
If you leave an abusive marriage, then you have chosen LIFE.
Marriage is no doubt a blessing.
But AN ABUSIVE MARRIAGE IS ABSOLUTELY A CURSE!!!
