Tonto Dikeh Finds N1.2 Million ‘Dunlop’ Slippers That She Would Wear to Heaven, Video Causes Stir
Tonto Dikeh, a popular Nigerian actress, has sparked a stir among her social media followers after disclosing the footwear she would want to wear to paradise.
The mother of one shared a video on her official Instagram profile showing rubber flip-flops, often known as ‘dunlop’ slippers in Nigeria, being placed in a show-glass at a fashion boutique.
The flip flops were priced at $1200 (roughly N1.2 million naira) in the video. The ‘footwear’ handler in the video was also shown relishing the features of the rubber slippers and bending it to demonstrate its toughness, among other things.
Tonto Dikeh, who seems amused by the spectacle, expressed her open comments in the video’s comments.
She wrote: “I have finally found the slippers that will allow me see the gates of heaven.”
