Jennifer Hermoso reveals next line of action against Luis Rubiales

In a controversy that plagued the world cup triumph for Spain’s striker, Jennifer Hermoso has revealed the next line of action against Spain football chief, Luis Rubiales following the forceful kiss during the medal presentation.

The Spanish striker and CF Pachuca player has decided to pursue actions against Luis Rubiales after her legal union deemed that the kiss should not go unpunished.

According to Jennifer Hermoso, the kiss was without her consent after the 46-year-old prompted the public outrage.

During the medal presentation, Rubiales had grabbed Hermoso by the head and planted a kiss on her lips in a startling move that surprised the player.

There have been calls requesting for the Football administrator’s removal from the position as head of the RFEF, with the Spanish Women’s League, Liga F already filing a complaint with the National Sports Council, CSD.

The CSD now have the authority to act in Jennifer Hermoso’s defense after she confirmed she will be pursuing legal actions against Luis Rubiales.

In a statement on Wednesday evening via FUTPRO, a union for female footballers in Spain, Hermoso made the confirmation over her next course of action against the Spanish Football Chief.

Hermoso’s statement was brief and read;

“My FUTPRO union, in coordination with my TMJ agency, are taking charge of defending my interests and being the interlocutors on this matter.”
