Police reveals new update on Mohbad's death

The tragic demise of Ilerioluwa Olademeji Aloba, known as Mohbad, continues to take on a controversial angle as the Police Public Relations Officer of the Lagos State Police Command, SP Benjamin Hundeyin reveals a new update.

According to SP Benjamin Hundeyin, the body of the late singer might be exhumed to facilitate investigations if necessary.

Mohbad passed away under mysterious circumstances on Tuesday and was laid to rest the following day in the Ikorodu area of Lagos State.

The circumstances surrounding his death have raised numerous questions, leading to demands for a thorough inquiry.

In an exclusive interview with media personality Daddy Freeze, SP Hundeyin declared that the Lagos State Police Command would leave no stone unturned during the investigation into Mohbad’s death.

“The Force PRO issued a statement this evening stating that an investigation would commence, and that is exactly what we intend to do,” SP Hundeyin stated.

“If the need arises, the body might be exhumed. It’s not too late for that. An autopsy can be performed as well. The statement from the Force PRO also urges individuals to provide any information they may have to the Commissioner of Police in Lagos State.”

SP Hundeyin emphasized a commitment to ensuring justice prevails in this case, saying,

“We no longer want to deal with hierarchy. Whether the information is taken to Force headquarters or brought to the Lagos State command, it doesn’t matter. We will collaborate and ensure that justice is served.”
