NDLEA Arrest 26 Years Old Medical Doctor
NDLEA arrested a medical doctor, Jane Chioma Ofoma, in Auchi, Edo state for selling drugged cookies. She was selling the cookies on an online catering service called Omachi’s kitchen.
Narcotic officers of the Edo state Command of the Agency raided her site after investigations. She was arrested on Saturday, June 19 at No.1 winners way, Auchi. At least 94 pieces of cookies produced with cannabis sativa were recovered.
According to Femi Babafemi, NDLEA Director of Media and Advocacy, Chioma is a graduate of medicine from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka recently completed her housemanship at the University of Benin Teaching Hospital.
