Liverpool vs. Southampton: Confirmed Lineup

The talks of a quadruple charge is cheap, the real challenge is Liverpool scaling past a Southampton side while at their lowest.

The Reds currently see themselves battling the worst fitness crisis they could hope for with presumably 9-players out injured, and more a doubt for their venture into the Emirates FA Cup.

After clinching the Carabao Cup on Sunday against premier league rivals, Chelsea, Liverpool are set to play hosts to Championship side, Southampton who will pay Anfield a visit this season to test the Reds resolve and to see if their academy graduates are what the media fascination made them out to be last weekend.

With Jurgen Klopp skeptic of that notion, the German has called on the home ground to come to their aid one more time to see if another miracle can be worked at Anfield with his kids yet again.

Can they do it for a second time? The world will have to wait and see, but the Saints will have no hesitation to kick the ball as hard as they can if the chance to get past this stage of the competition is between them and kids.
