Kwankwaso sure to win 2027 presidential election, unveils NNPP HQ

Dr. Rabiu Kwankwaso, the national leader of the New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP), has expressed confidence in winning the 2027 presidential election.

The former presidential candidate of the 2023 elections made this bold declaration on Saturday during the inauguration of the NNPP Secretariat along IBB Way in Katsina.

Kwankwaso was in Katsina to offer condolences to the Yar’adua family following the passing of their matriarch, Hajiya Dada. Speaking to party members and supporters, he stated that the NNPP is fully prepared to take over the presidency, along with state and other political positions, in the upcoming 2027 General Elections.

“The party is on the path to success,” Kwankwaso affirmed. He also criticized the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), declaring it “already dead,” and cited his departure from the party as a sign of its decline.

Kwankwaso urged Nigerians, particularly women and youth, to avoid being swayed by superficial incentives like spaghetti or money in the next elections. He also called on NNPP leaders to intensify their efforts to ensure the party’s success at both state and national levels.

Commending party members and stakeholders for their efforts in renovating the state secretariat, Kwankwaso emphasized that such actions are part of the preparation for future victories. Additionally, he pledged support for a young boy, Abubakar Ibrahim, from the Yammawa area of the state, who is suffering from severe acute malnutrition.

Alhaji Armaya’u Abdulkadir, the NNPP state chairman, also addressed the gathering, emphasizing the party’s efforts to educate the electorate about its new logo, which symbolizes a commitment to education for all—a key focus of the Kwankwasiyya movement. Abdulkadir highlighted the need for grassroots sensitization to inform party members about the significance of the new logo.
