“I’m traumatized” – Woman whose husband was shot after she refused Burna Boy’s advances shares more details

A married woman has shared a detailed account of how she was assaulted by music star, Burna Boy in a nightclub in Lagos owned by Cubana.

This is coming after the singer, Burna boy made headlines a few days back after a security guard attached to him reportedly shot two fun-seekers at the club in Lagos.

The two fun-seekers were said to be the married woman’s husband and his friend.

The Odugwu crooner was said to have made passes at the woman who was at the club with her husband on Wednesday, June 8.

The woman has now taken to her Instagram stories to narrate what transpired.

According to the American-based lady, she and her partner flew into Nigeria from the United States for a friend’s wedding and decided to visit the club in the company of their friends after the celebration.

She claimed that while they were having a fantastic time at the club, Burna Boy asked a member of his crew to call for her attention, which she declined three times consecutively.

However, following the third altercation with her friends, a brawl broke out, and Burna Boy allegedly gave the signal for the shooting.

“We were visiting Nigeria from America and London for our childhood friend’s wedding on the 8th of June 2022, @burnaboygram and his friends opened fire at us in Cubanalagos. My partner and his friend were shot, with both needing urgent medical care. A bullet grazed my partner’s head and our friend was shot in the thigh, leaving him hospitalized and needing an emergency surgery in Nigeria.” She wrote in part.
