“Burna Boy is still a new artist” – Slimcase spills
Popular Nigerian singer Oluwafemi Oladapo, best known as Slimcase has caused a stir on social media about his colleague Burna Boy.
The Shaku Shaku crooner, during an interview with Cool FM, Lagos, with host and reality show star, Tacha, stated that the self-acclaimed African Giant, Burna Boy is still a new artist.
In his words; “The top five artists I am feeling right now, Burna Boy is number one. He is still a new artist. He is always new to me everyday.
“I am also feeling Wizkid Chan, Omah Lay, Wizkid, and Baddest [Davido].”
Recall that Davido sparked controversy last year after he placed Burna Boy in the same category of “new cats” with Rema, Asake, Fireboy and Omah Lay.
