Akpabio swears in newly elected Lawmakers

The Senate President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria Senator Godswill Akpabio on Tuesday, took charge of the induction ceremony to swear in three newly elected senators to mark their official entry into the upper legislative chamber.

In the plenary session, Akpabio presided over the swearing-in of the lawmakers, which included Prince Pam Mwadkon from the Action Democratic Party representing Plateau North, Professor Anthony Ani from the All Progressives Congress (APC) representing Ebonyi South, and Mustapha Musa from the All Progressives Congress representing Yobe East.

Under the supervision of the Clerk of the Senate, Chinedu Akubueze, the oath of office was administered at approximately 11:41 am. Following the completion of the swearing-in ceremony, the newly inducted senators were guided to their designated seats within the chamber.
