Reports indicate that James intends to construct a brand new home on the property, having already obtained the necessary permits for the ambitious project.

According to sources cited by The Sun, James purchased the mansion back in September 2020, securing the property for a notable $2 million less than its original asking price of $39 million.

Built in the 1930s, the four-bedroom compound is situated on a sprawling 2.5-acre plot, offering breathtaking views of both Beverly Hills and the Pacific Ocean.

The now-demolished mansion boasted a range of luxurious amenities, including eight bathrooms, two detached guesthouses, seven fireplaces, a tennis court, a movie theater, a swimming pool, and a pool house.

Accessible via a hedged-lined driveway, the Mediterranean-style abode showcased an impressive facade that led to a spacious motor court.

LeBron James, a four-time NBA champion and widely regarded as one of the greatest basketball players of all time, is no stranger to the world of luxury real estate.

In addition to the recently demolished Beverly Hills mansion, James owns two more opulent homes valued at over $20 million each.

These additional properties are situated in the affluent neighborhood of Brentwood.
