The Federal Government has greenlit a significant salary increase, ranging from 25% to 35%, for civil servants across the six remaining Consolidated Salary Structures.

This announcement of the salary increase, made by Emmanuel Njoku, Head of Press at the National Salaries, Incomes, and Wages Commission (NSIWC), outlines the adjustments set to take effect from January 1.

The approved structures include CONPSS, CONRAISS, CONPOSS, CONPASS, CONICCS, and CONAFSS.

Additionally, pensioners under the Defined Benefits Scheme will witness pension hikes ranging from 20% to 28%.
