Liverpool star Luis Diaz confirms future plans amidst Barca links

With Jurgen Klopp gone, Liverpool have never been more vulnerable like they are heading into summer, and if any recent rumors are to be believed, it is that some players could be eager for an exit such as Luis Diaz.

The Colombian who moved to Merseyside from FC Porto in the famous 2021/22 season that had the Reds chasing a historic quadruple, has since suffered mixed campaigns with Liverpool so far.

However, recent rumors and reports, particularly statements from the Colombian’s father has hinted the former FC Porto star could be in for an exit soon. In response to the links, Luis Diaz has now come out to publicly address the situation.

“I’m very happy there at Liverpool, it’s a great team and club, I’ve always wanted to play there, so I’m very happy and relaxed,” Luis Diaz tells the media when asked about his plans for the future.

“I’m not thinking about anything else,” he went on to clarify.

Aside the exit rumors, there are also reports stating that the Colombian is open to signing a new contract to extend his stay at Liverpool.
