Premier League predictions for Matchday 15 Weekend
The Premier League weekend returns for another cracker after the mid-week games gave the league table a new look in the matchday 14 games. We continue our predictions for the season games, starting with the Saturday lunch time kickoff that brings City rivals; Everton and Liverpool for another heated Merseyside derby.
With both teams facing contrasting fortunes in mid-week, with Everton seeing off a 4-0 win over Wolves on the same ground, and Liverpool dropping points to Newcastle away, things cannot get any better for the Toffees on the confidence front. This traditionally is an edgy fixture, which we would advise punters to take with caution.

Premier League predictions for Matchday 14
However, we see a Liverpool narrow win at Goodison Park in a possible 0-1 win just a few miles from Anfield.
Aston Villa versus Southampton is one Premier League game that may look one-sided but has the possibility of coming out with a few surprises. We would go tough with a 3-2 win for Villa in our predictions though.
After suffering a 3-1 defeat away to Aston Villa in mid-week, Brentford will return to hostile fronts to battle visitors Newcastle United who infamously denied Liverpool a victory in mid-week. In our Premier League predictions, we see both sides battling out a 2-2 draw. However, we think it may be karma facing the Magpies this time around.
Crystal Palace versus Manchester City is perhaps one fixture that has troubled a Pep Guardiola side in recent years considering the propensity for Palace to pull off a surprise in games like this. With City returning to winning ways, we think this game will be harder for Palace. In our Premier League predictions, we see a 1-2 win for Pep Guardiola’s team.
Manchester United versus Nottingham Forest is a tough battle waiting to happen at Old Trafford this weekend. After both teams suffered defeats to respective opponents in mid-week, we think this tie is Ruben Amorim’s real test as United’s manager. We predict a 1-1 draw between both teams.
Sunday 8th December will give us a run of its own fixtures with London teams Fulham and Arsenal locking horns in West London. The Cottagers will go into the clash full of confidence following their 3-1 win over Brighton on the same ground. In our Premier League predictions, we see a narrow win for Fulham here, in a possible 2-1 win at Craven’s Cottage.
Ipswich Town versus Bournemouth will see AFC Bournemouth having another go at upping their premier league spot if they salvage 3-points away. A win possibly takes them to the top 6 spots depending on the results from those ahead of them in the league table. The Tractor boys however are also a real challenge this season. We predict a 1-2 win for the Cherries.
Leicester City versus Brighton and Hove Albion will see new Leicester manager Ruud van Nistelrooy get his real test in the Premier League following his win in the mid-week over West Ham United. In our Premier League predictions, we think Leicester will battle out a 1-1 draw versus the Seagulls.
Tottenham Hotspur taking on West London’s Chelsea is perhaps the biggest game of the weekend. In our predictions, we see the likelihood of a 2-2 draw fought out at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. However, we are holding out a 2-3 win for the Blues.
Monday 9th December rounds the weekend games off as West Ham United and Julien Lopertegui have a chance at redemption if they carve out a win against Wolverhampton Wanderers. That too, is a stretch considering Wolves themselves will want a win almost as badly as West Ham. In our Premier League predictions, we think a 2-2 draw could be the full-time result.
