Liverpool Players using Technology enhancers to prepare for Real Madrid mental battle
Talk about taking science fiction and sports to the next level.
Liverpool players during the training sessions were pictured wearing technological brain sensors ahead of the coming weekend’s Champions League final.
This is a cutting edge technology meant to read the brain’s mental state in regards to a player’s reaction to specific pitch actions or play patterns. The technology was seen being put to use by full backs, Trent Alexander Arnold and Kostas Tsimikas as they practiced individual free kick sessions.
To aid in this, the club called on the services of German neuroscientist, Dr. Niklas Hausler and business partner, Patrick Hantschke, who are the brains behind the company, neuro11.
Neuro11’s technology is specially designed to train the brain directly, in order to help the Liverpool players reach their maximum mental state.
The company got to work with the club since the season began in August, with the hope that they will improve the team’s quality from set pieces and considering how the season has gone for the team, the technology appears to have been quite effect.
The company has on its site the description of them working towards the “state of the art mental strength training for athletes.”
Full backs Trent Alexander-Arnold and Kostas Tsimikas were both spotted using the technology, with electrodes attached to their heads as they practiced their training programs.
Considering the team have been labeled mental monsters, it isn’t difficult seeing the impact Neuro11 has had so far on the team.
