How to involve in finding yourself

The essence of one’s existence lies in purpose. It is pertinent to seek one’s personal sense of purpose, separating one’s view from other people’s expectations. The process of self  discovery is completely natural and a huge part of one’s life. Finding one’s self is different for everyone. It is a personal journey and everything else will follow. Knowing one’s self and purpose is true wisdom and doing this on purpose is essential.
Finding yourself is such and enlightening experience and it is not a selfish act. First, know yourself.

Get better acquainted with yourself. You bred maximum familiarity with you and understanding of you as a person to achieve this goal. Practice identifying your strengths and areas where you would like to grow. Encourage yourself and give yourself a break when you need it. Get some alone time, Immerse yourself in solitude, in solitude, you should feel independent and self  sufficient not lonely, needy or afraid.

Second, question yourself. Ask yourself far reaching and difficult questions and take down notes. Questions like; Who am I? Who am I , really?

What do I want from life? What do I regret? and so on. Ensure to act upon your discoveries. These discoveries can give you a starting place to exploring yourself. Self discovery might sound a bit too big as a concept but it is just a process of examining one’s life.
Another way to finding yourself in a meaningful way that helps you get the most out of your life is knowing where you are at in life and take responsibility for your life.

You are response for everything that happens in your life; happiness, unhappiness, successes, failures. You can transform your own life by taking complete ownership of it. Also, practical mindfulness. Do not believe in your negative thoughts. Identity with your mind and be in control.


Finding yourself is not easy but it I’d worth it. Act Now. It does not happen overnight. It takes time and patience.
