“How I got expelled from Catholic Convent” – Actress Beverly Osu reveals shocking details (Video)

Nollywood actress, Beverly Osu has narrated how she was enrolled in a convent when she was a reverend sister during her high school days, but she was later kicked out.

She made the disclosure during her appearance in the latest episode of the Tea With Tay podcast by Temisan Emmanuel Ahwieh best known as Taymesa.

According to her, she was expelled after participating in extracurricular activities which included performing secular music and taking part in staging plays, particularly one in which she played Lucifer.

She stated that the school board did not, however, use the term expulsion, they asked her to continue God’s work elsewhere and never return.

She said, “Family first said this girl is very stubborn, let us throw her in there and I just said okay,”

“They expelled me because they said I was doing the most with the band, with the stage play, with not sleeping on my bed.

“They asked me to go and continue God’s work somewhere else. They did not want to say it is expulsion but gave me letter never to come back.”
