Female Criminal Who Tried To Abduct 3-year-old Child Captured

The Virginia criminal identified as Emily Johnson who had allegedly tried to  abduct a 3-year-old child at a mall has been captured by the police.

According to authorities, the incident took place earlier today at the Springfield Town Center Mall.

According to further reports,  32-year-old allegedly took the child from a play area and left the mall with the child.

An Amber Alert was issued soon after, and the child was located unharmed several hours later in a nearby neighborhood.

Johnson was subsequently arrested and is currently being held on charges of abduction and kidnapping.

The motive for the abduction is still unclear, and the investigation is ongoing. Authorities are asking anyone with information about the incident to come forward.
