Couple allegedly dies of heart attack after herders destroyed their properties in Benue
A married man, together with his wife, has been reported to have died of heart attack after their properties were said to have been destroyed by suspected herders.
Their death was announced in a Facebook post on Tuesday, October 3, by one Jacob Uwouku.
According to Jacob, the incident occurred at Tse Kyereve in Mbaavav Uyo Uyam Sherev, in Ukum Local Government Area of the state.
He stated that the wife died a week ago after the herders invasion and the husband passed away today.
“Hon. Mr. Aloysius Mbaakaa of Kyereve in Mbaavav Uyo Uyam Sherev had a sick wife who later died of heart problem just a week ago because of the Fulani invasion himself followed today after after he was diagnosed of the same heart related (Hypertension) sickness of losing a wife and all his personal belongings,” he wrote.
One Konsho Felix Mfeseer also shared a photo of the late Aloysius body.
