Comedian, Carter Efe leaves comedy for music, changes name to Machala
Renowned Nigerian comedian and skit maker Oderhohwo Joseph Efe AKA Carter Efe has publicly announced that he will be leaving comedy for music.
The comedian cum artiste, Cater Efe revealed, during an interview, that he has officially changed his name from Carter Efe to Machala as he goes down on a fresh new career as an artiste.
According to him, he wants to move away from creating comical content and embrace music full time.
He has already released a song titled Machala and intends to work on his debut album to be released at an undisclosed date.
The comic act expressed optimism that he would become successful as an artiste, and according to him, his singles are already rocking the airwaves.
