The question that got Jurgen Klopp angry

Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp has taken full responsibility for his team’s disappointing performance this season. The Reds have struggled to make an impact in any competition and are currently languishing in eighth place on the Premier League table. Speaking to Sky Sports, Klopp offered an apology to Liverpool fans for failing to deliver the results they had hoped for.

“I’m sorry for our people, that they don’t have the season they wished for. But in the long term they will forget that,” Klopp said.

Last season, Liverpool won both the FA Cup and Carabao Cup, and came close to clinching the Premier League title. They also made it to the final of the Champions League, where they narrowly lost to Real Madrid. However, this season has been a stark contrast to their previous successes, with Liverpool failing to replicate their previous form and crashing out of all competitions.

Klopp took full responsibility for the team’s poor performance and vowed to do better in the future. “I couldn’t care less what we did last year or the years before. I’m 100 per cent responsible for this rubbish and it’s really not cool,” he said.

Liverpool fans will be hoping that Klopp can turn things around next season and guide the team back to their winning ways. Klopp has been a key figure in Liverpool’s recent success, and his honesty and willingness to take responsibility for the team’s failures will likely be appreciated by supporters.
