Wike appoints Amb. Maureen Tamuno to key leadership role in Abuja Investment Company Limited

The Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Nyesom Wike, has appointed Amb. Maureen Tamuno as the new Managing Director of Abuja Investment Company Limited, effective immediately.

This announcement came through Anthony Ogunleye, Director of Press, Office of the Minister, in a statement released in Abuja on Thursday.

Tamuno, an experienced public officer, entrepreneur, and diplomat, previously served as the Nigerian High Commissioner to Jamaica, Belize, Haiti, and the Dominican Republic.

Additionally, Ogunleye revealed the immediate termination of the contract of Messrs Integrated Facility Management Services Ltd, the previous managers of the International Conference Centre in Abuja.

In their place, Julius Berger Nigeria Plc has been contracted for the urgent and comprehensive renovation of the centre.
