2023 election: Atiku list types of leaders Nigeria needs

The former vice president of Nigeria and one time presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Atiku Abubakar, has listed the kind of leadership system Nigeria needs ahead of 2023 elections.

Atiku Abubakar stated that Nigeria needs a leadership that can bring about unity to the entire country.

The former Vice President expressed the hope that the country would thrive under a leadership that would unify and promote peace.

Speaking at the 70th birthday lecture of Engr. Raymond Aleogho Dokpesi, with the theme: “Technology: A Missing Link in Nigeria’s Development,” yesterday.

He stressed that Nigeria needs a leader that can restructure the country and reform the economy.

According to him: “Nigeria needs a leadership that can unify the country, bring stability, restructure the country, reform the economy and bring about cohesion to the nation.”

Chief Raymond Anthony Aleogho Dokpesi (born 25 October 1951) in Ibadan is a Nigerian media entrepreneur. His parents are from Agenebode, Edo state. He entered the Nigerian mass media industry with his company DAAR Communications and set-up the Nigerian TV network Africa Independent Television (AIT)
