“Women Are Not Meant To Compete With Men” – Tolanibaj Distances Self From Feminism
Former Big Brother Naija housemate, Tolanibaj has revealed that she is not a feminist.
According to the reality show star, women are not meant to compete with the male gender.
The reality personality, who also works as a disc jockey, recently said in her podcast that she disagrees with feminism’s ideas because she feels that women should not compete with men.
Tolanibaj thinks that the genders are not equal, and that the woman’s purpose is to improve and complement the male rather than compete with him. As a result, she is unable to identify as a feminist.
In her words:
“I feel like women are not supposed to compete with men, they are just supposed to complement them. That’s why I can’t say I am a feminist because I don’t see how if a man is doing gra gra, as a woman I should be doing gra gra too”
