Transfer: Man City target Leeds’ Phillips

Manchester City are reportedly intensifying effort in signing Leeds midfielder Kalvin Phillips.

This is coming after the Citizens completed a £51 million ($63m) deal for top target Erling Haaland.

Pep Guardiola is expected to add a defensive midfielder and possibly a left-back in the summer to strengthen his squad.

Veteran Brazilian Fernandinho has decided to leave at the end of the season and would need to be replaced.
