3 #EndSars protesters killed in Ogbomoso after attack on king’s palace
Unrest in the Ogbomoso area of Oyo state on Sunday, October 11 as the palace of Soun of Ogbomoso, Oba Jimoh Oyewumi Ajagungbade was vandalized by angry youths.
The King’s palace was attacked by youths who accused him of not demanding justice over the death of Jimoh Isaiq who was shot dead during the EndSARS protest that took place in the town.
The youths gained entry into the reception room of the king and vandalized all things they saw in the room. The youths also pelted the bedroom of the monarch with stones, breaking the window glasses.
It was further alleged that three of the protesters were reportedly shot dead in the process while others sustained injuries.
