Phyno set to have a surprise collaboration with Hushpuppi on new album
Popular Nigerian rap artist, Phyno has revealed the tracklist for his upcoming music album, Full Time Job on the first of October.
TopNaija gathered that some notable people in the industry will feature in the album; Cheque, Flavour, Burna Boy, and Johnny Drille.
However, what caught the attention of many was the track number five, “Nwoke Esike,” which featured an interlude by Hushpuppi.
Hushpuppi currently serving a jail sentence in the US after he was pronounced guilty for an international fraud scheme, engaged in a brew with Phyno in 2017.
The controversy began when Hushpuppi accused Phyno and Ice Prince of wearing fake Patek Philippe watches, sparking a heated argument online
Phyno responded with a verse in Timaya’s “Telli Person,” widely interpreted as a diss towards Hushpuppi.
The unexpected collaboration has sparked widespread reactions online, with some speculating a possible reconciliation between Phyno and Hushpuppi.
