Hushpuppi Will become A Pastor In Future — Uche Maduagwu Spills

Controversial Nollywood actor, Uche Maduagwu has ‘prophesized’ the conversion of internet fraudster, Hushpuppi into a Pastor in future.

In reaction to Ramon Abbas, AKA Hushpuppi’s jail sentence, Uche Maduagwu has said that Hushpuppi might become a pastor someday.

Recall that on Monday, 7, news of Hushpuppi being sentenced to 11 years and 3 months (135 months) in federal prison for fraud.

The social media, lifestyle influencer was also ordered to pay $1.7m in restitution to two victims.

Justice Otis D. Wright II sentenced Hushpuppi for money laundering conspiracy through several online scams and flaunting of a luxurious, crime-funded lifestyle on social media.

Uche Maduagwu, in reaction to the news, believes the internet celebrity could start preaching about salvation when he completed his jail term.

According to him, God can give Hushpuppi a second chance in life.

He wrote; ”I See Hushpuppi Becoming A Pastor In Future And Preaching Salvation, There Is Nobody God No Fit Give Second Chance”

Meanwhile, the United States, in a statement issued by the court, stated that Abbas had bragged on social media about his lavish lifestyle – a lifestyle funded by his involvement in transnational fraud and money laundering conspiracies targeting victims around the world.

“This significant sentence is the result of years’ worth of collaboration among law enforcement in multiple countries and should send a clear warning to international fraudsters that the FBI will seek justice for victims, regardless of whether criminals operate within or outside United States borders.”

Hushpuppi pleaded guilty in July 2021 and identified Deputy Commissioner of Police, Abba Kyari, as an accomplice in his $1.1 million scam.
