We Won’t Deny It, We Want Marcus Rashford—PSG

Marcus Rashford, forward for Manchester United, has spoken candidly about the state of affairs at the team under Erik ten Hag, the new manager leading the charge at Old Trafford.

Ten Hag moved to Manchester United in the summer after leaving Ajax in an Eredivisie title winning season, with Manchester United currently sitting fifth in the premier league table.

After placing second in Group E, they will face Barcelona in the knockout rounds of the Europa League.

As he looks to resurrect his career under Ten Hag, Rashford has eight goals in 19 appearances for the Red Devils so far this season, which compared with the previous season, speaks great volume for the England international.

“We’ve had some top performances and managed to build some momentum,” the 25-year-old England international told United’s website a few days after legendary striker, Cristiano Ronaldo slammed the owners of the club, the hierarchy and Ten Hag.

“It’s good to have that team spirit, we’ve had some really tough games as well.

“[Ten Hag has] had a big impact, with a lot of changes. It takes some time to adapt for him and the players as well.

“But so far, it’s been good. We’re enjoying working under him and we’re just looking forward to what the future holds.”

Erik ten Hag was criticized by Cristiano Ronaldo in his explosive interview with legendary journalist Piers Morgan. Ronaldo claimed to have little respect for the Dutchman. Ronaldo claimed that the former Ajax manager did not treat him with the respect he deserves at the club.

The Portugal international continued by claiming that the Glazer family has not made any modifications to the club’s infrastructure since his first departure and that they just care about the money they will make.
