Nigerian singer dies in car crash (PHOTO)

Nigerian music sensation, Olamilekan Olawale Akinyemi, has died in a fatal car accident while in Beirut, Lebanon.

The 32-year-old singer, who departed for Lebanon on September 11, 2023, reportedly succumbed to his injuries on Friday, December 15.

A close family source, devastated by the sudden loss, recounted receiving distressing images of Olamilekan in critical condition at a hospital.

“Someone called me yesterday and sent me photos of my brother living dead at the hospital,” shared the source.

“He said my brother had an accident and was rushed to the hospital but sadly passed away.”

“We don’t know where his corpse is and we don’t have anyone in Lebanon. We don’t know who to contact or what to do. Please, we need help,” pleaded the family source.

As fans mourn the untimely loss of the talented artiste, efforts are underway to assist the family in locating and repatriating Olamilekan’s body to Nigeria.
