Nigerian singer, 9ice has been conferred with a chieftaincy title.

The singer whose name is Alexander Abolore Adegbola Akande took to his social media page to share photos.

According to the singer, he is now the “Amuludun of Ijofin Kingdom” which means the “Chief Entertainer of Ijofin Kingdom”.

9ice thanked the king of Ijofin Kingdom for honoring him with a chieftaincy title and also pledged to continue supporting Nigeria. His words:

“AARE AMULUDUN IJOFIN KINGDOM IPOKIA YEWA. THANKS TO HRM OBA MORUF AWODE AND THE ENTIRE FAMILY OF GUSANU AND THE PEOPLE OF IJOFIN KINGDOM, YEWA OGUN STATE AND EVERYONE.”
