Emerging Nigerian Gospel song artist, Mercy Elo made her recording debut with “Woyoma,” which means “God Is Good.” This is her first single, and it means “God Is Good.”

“Woyoma” is a message of encouragement to everyone who is going through a time in their lives where they should give thanks to God.

This is what Mercy Elo had to say when she talked about the song.

Woyoma is a song of gratitude as it expresses my deep felt heart to God. there were times I actually watched my mum dying that we had to rush my mum to the hospital and seemed like there was no hope for her and before you knew it God restored her. Then came the word out of my mouth “WOYOMA” which interprets ‘You are good’ in Urhobo dialect of Delta State Nigeria.

This upbeat music is delivered in a seamless blend of Urhobo and English.
